The focus of PROPEA projects is strengthening the permanent presence of Czech businesses abroad (i.e. Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Kingdom of Bahrain or the Sultanate of Oman ) in both export and investments, while at the same time reducing the risks and challenges associated with entering and maintaining presence on the aforementioned markets.

The successful applicant will become a PROPEA accredited expert entity and with the support of the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Riyadh, will be offering following expert pro-export/investment services at rates subsidized by the PROPEA project budget to the aforementioned Czech businesses:

· Creation of a business plan for market entry or investment

· Provision of legal, tax, financial, and legislative analyses

· Assistance with product launches (negotiation assistance with financial institutions, support in opening an account    and securing financing, establishing a company, etc.)

· Securing licenses, certifications, product registrations, and trademarks

· Securing and verifying documentation for import/export and logistics

· Creation and coordination of supplier and partner networks

· Securing of promotional, marketing and PR services

· Support during start of production/start-up assistance for companies from the service sector

· Utilization of technical facilities

. Representation of the Czech company in the territory (on a contractual basis between the Czech business and the representative on the above-mentioned markets, without the PROPEA budget support).

The current call for projects will conclude on 20^th October, 2020.

Project proposals are submitted by potential implementers (local entities operating in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Kingdom of Bahrain and/or Sultanate of Oman, which possess legal personality under local regulations) via the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Riyadh using the attached PROPEA Project Identification Form. The evaluation of the submitted proposals will take place at the meeting of the PROPEA evaluation commission in November 2020.
