At the invitation of the Czech Minister of Foreign Affairs Jan Lipavský, the event was attended by over 170 guests from the Indo-Pacific region, institutions and member states of the European Union, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway and NATO.

Korea was represented by Moon Chung-in, Chairman of the prestigious think-tank Sejong Institute, who appeared as one of the speakers, and Son Byong Cheol, Director General of the Korea Trade and Investment Promotion Agency.
