Customers who purchase pizzas and hamburgers from the company Hanmac Home Food in South Korea these days can be sure that the food was baked on a bakery line from the Czech Republic by J4 Ltd., manufacturer of tunnel ovens for bakeries since 1994, who managed to coordinate all suppliers in the line.

The unique line was inaugurated in Pocheon city in Gyeonggi province last week. The bakery line has a capacity of making 4 500 frozen semi-finished products per hour. The Hanmac Home Food company is one of the five biggest producers of frozen bakery products in South Korea. They purchased this bakery line for almost 4 million euros.

The inauguration of the line took place after more than two years of intensive negotiations between the Czech company J4 LLC and their Korean partner and after another year of installation of the line. However, the bakery line is only capable of covering up to 10 % of the Korean demand after this type of food products. Therefore the Korean producers is already considering expanding its operation by building a fourth bakery plant.
