On May 31, 2019, the Czech Embassy in Seoul held a meeting between representatives of CTU and Hanyang University in Korea. The event took place on the basis of a request from CTU, which asked the Czech Embassy in Seoul for a recommendation of a Korean partner to cooperate in the field of modern technologies. Representatives of both universities discussed the possibilities of future scientific and technological cooperation, including the following fields:

 

Energy conversion and  storage

Autonomous vehicles

Artificial Intelligence

Ultra Low Power  Semiconductor Technologies

Internet Of Things

Neurotechnology

Immunology

 

At the end of the meeting, representatives of the two universities agreed to prepare a draft of the MoU, which will further define specific areas of common interest in science and research.
