Czech crystal company Lasvit successful on Chinese market

The lighting artwork "Plissé" of the Czech glass company Lasvit, located in the Bellagio Shanghai Hotel, recently shined in the popular Chinese TV series "Nothing but Thirty".

Bellagio Shanghai is the second Bellagio hotel in the world, after the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas. The hotel prides itself on a perfect fusion of tradition and modernity and is a model of integration of the old with the new. The lighting artwork "Plissé" from Lasvit, which adorns the hotel lobby, helps complete this vision.

Plissé was designed by one of the most famous fashion designers, Maurizio Galante. Inspired by fashion, the designer displays the softness of the fabric through transparent crystal and presents the unique beauty of glass.

One of the scenes of the popular Chinese new TV series "Nothing but Thirty" was filmed in the lobby of the Bellagio Shanghai Hotel. "Plissé" appeared in the scene together with the main characters of the TV series and became target the target of admiration of the main male character of the series.

Lasvit, however, does not focus only on luxurious and elegant lightning artworks for hotels, but offers a broad portfolio of lighting for both commercial and private spaces. Lasvit lighting artworks, for example, adorns the luxury One Park residence in Shanghai's Gubei area.

As the most luxurious residential project in Shanghai, One Park sets a high bar for other similar projects with its luxurious and artistic design. It is therefore no wonder there are currently more than twenty pieces of Lasvit lighting artworks in One Park that exude a rich cultural and artistic heritage.

All works are designed with unique creativity and handmade with careful emphasis on even the smallest detail. Internationally acclaimed designs, extensive engineering skills and a rigorous selection of the best materials for Lasvit lighting artworks take the luxury of the One Park residences to the very top.

To list another example of Lasvit's recent projects on the Chinese market, we can look at the recently completed Kohler flagship exhibition space project on Nanjing Road, Shanghai’s premier shopping street and one of the most prestigious locations in the city. The author of the design is Czech designer Ivana Zuskinová, who found inspiration in the dance of water drops upon hitting the surface.

Combining fresh design and many years of tradition of handmade crystal glass, Lasvit creates unique, luxurious lighting artworks, which are a top choice among architects and interior designers not only in China, but worldwide.
