Consul General of Ukraine as a guest at the Consulate General of the Czech Republic in Shanghai

On October 26, 2022, a meeting of EU Consuls General was held at the Consulate General of the Czech Republic in Shanghai, organized as part of the Czech Presidency of the Council of the European Union. Mr. Artem Pushkin, Consul General of Ukraine in Shanghai, attended the meeting as the main guest.

Czech Presidency of the EU Council lasts from 1 July to 31 December 2022. The Consulate General of the Czech Republic in Shanghai helps fulfill the role of the EU Presidency in its consular district. This includes organizing regular meetings of the Consuls General of the EU state in Shanghai.

The last such meeting took place on 26 October 2022 with Mr. Artem Pushkin, Consul General of Ukraine in Shanghai, attending as a guest. Mr. Pushkin updated everyone about the current situation in Ukraine, mentioned selected successes of Ukrainian diplomacy and thanked for the support provided by allies including the supply of material aid to Ukraine. Present Consul Generals expressed support to Mr. Pushkin and appreciated his presentation.
