Official Czech Translators

Should you need any document to be translated to (or from) the Czech language, please see the options below.

Please also be aware that all supporting documents submitted when applying for long-term visas/residence permits must be either in the Czech language or accompanied by an official/certified translation to the Czech language.  The exception is applied for long-term visa/residence permit applications under the “study” purpose, where the English version of the bank statement is also acceptable as long as the document is issued in English directly by the bank.

OFFICIAL TRANSLATION DONE IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC

It is necessary to have the official certified translation with interpreter's and translator's clause and interpreter’s and translator’s seal done by one of the authorized translators/interpreters appointed by the decision of the Regional/Municipal Court in the Czech Republic.

The list of such translators can be found here: http://datalot.justice.cz/justice/repznatl.nsf/%24%24SearchForm?OpenForm

You can contact them directly, send them the documents needed for translation and have it delivered back to you by postal/courier service.

The sole purpose of this list is to provide the contact details of the translators and interpreters. Information regarding their experience, qualifications, memberships, and services were supplied by the listed translators and interpreters themselves. The Consulate General of the Czech Republic in Shanghai assumes responsibility neither for the accuracy of this information nor for the quality of the services rendered.
