Where to submit application - territorial competence

APPLICANTS CAN FILE THEIR LONG-TERM VISA / RESIDENCE APPLICATIONS ONLY IN STATES OF WHICH THEY ARE 1) CITIZEN, 2) HOLDER OF PASSPORT OR 3) LONG-TERM / PERMANENT RESIDENT.

Citizens or long-term / permanent residents of the following countries are exempt from this territorial consular competence rule, in accordance with a decree of the Ministry of the Interior No. 429/2010 Coll.:

Citizens or long-term / permanent residents of these states can file their applications for long-term visas, long-term residence permits and permanent residence permits at any diplomatic mission of the Czech Republic – after scheduling an appointment.
