The registration of appointments is possible only via email: skopje.visa@mzv.gov.cz

For Schengen visas it is strongly recommended that the request for an appointment is sent at least 30 days before the date of planned travel,  in order to receive the appointment on time.     

The requests for visa appointments or visa matters sent to the e-mail addresses: skopje@mzv.gov.cz or skopje.consulate@mzv.gov.cz will not be taken into consideration and will not be responded. 

In the subject of the e-mail, all applicants must write: Name and surname of the applicant -  appointment request (for ex. JOHN DOE - appointment request)  

 

E-mail request for the appointment must contain the following obligatory data (e-mail request without obligatory data will be canceled and no further proceedings will be made and will not be answered):

- The applicant's first and last name

- Type of visa or residence permit the applicant is applying for

- Contact information (e-mail, telephone)

- Passport number

- Scan (only in format PDF, DOC, JPEG, and JPG) of the travel document data page (only the one with a photo)

- Scan (only in format PDF, DOC, JPEG, and JPG) of the document showing the purpose of the stay in the Czech Republic

 Without this information and attachments, your email will not be processed further and your appointment will not be made!

 Applicants with a valid appointment for a Schengen Visa will be able to apply in person on the appointed date and time at the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Skopje.

When you receive the email confirmation of your appointment please print it and bring it with you.
