I. VISA FEES (payable in EUR; visa fees stated in CZK are converted each month according to up-to-date exchange rate)

Acceptance of application for:

• short term visa (for stays up to 90 days) (type C): 80 EUR
• short term visa (type C) children from 6 -12 years : 40 EUR
• long-term visa (for stays over 90 days) (type D): 2.500 CZK
• long-term visa (for stay over 90 days – reason business : 5.000 CZK

 

II. OTHER CONSULAR FEES (payable in EUR or BGN; consular fees stated in CZK are converted each month according to up-to-date exchange rate)

• signature verification: 250 CZK (for each signature)
• legalization of submitted copy: 300 CZK
• legalization of submitted translation: 300 CZK
• execution of translation: 600 CZK (in Czech language), 650 CZK (from Czech language)
• (Note: Legalization and translation are payable for each even not completed page in the form of A4 and smaller.)
• issuance of Birth, Marriage and Death Certificate: 300 CZK (first issuance free of charge)
• issuance of Certificate of no impediment to marriage: 500 CZK
• issuance of Passport with machine readable data and chip: 1.200 CZK
• issuance of Passport with machine readable data and chip for citizens under 15 years of age: 400 CZK
• issuance of Emergency Travel Document: 400 CZK
• inscription of a citizen under 10 years of age into the parent’s passport: 200 CZK
• issuance of Czech Citizenship Certificate: 150 CZK
• issuance of Firearms and Ammunition Waybill: 500 CZK
• issuance of Czech Criminal History Record: 200 CZK
• acceptance of application for record of birth, marriage or death to Vital Records Office in Brno: 200 CZK
• issuance of verified output from public administration information system (Czech POINT): 300 CZK (first page), 150 CZK (each subsequent even not completed page)
• acceptance of lodgment according to §72 the Trade Licensing Act: 150 CZK
• notification of trading when entering the business: 1.000 CZK
• execution of authorized conversion of paper documents into electronic form: 100 CZK (for each even not completed page)
• execution of authorized conversion of electronic documents into paper form: 100 CZK (for each even not completed page)
• re-issuance of access code to data-box: 600 CZK
