1. The Consular Section of the Embassy re-started the receipt of non-visa applications on individual basis as of 18 May 2020. For appointments you can write to the following e.mail address: consulate.sofia@embassy.mzv.cz.

All the applicants are requested for safety reasons to wear protective masks during their visit at the premises of the Embassy.

2. Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic has resumed gradual provision of visa services as of May 11, 2020 (in accordance with the decision of the Government). This resumption concerns only certain purposes of travel and only diplomatic missions in those countries, where the epidemiological situation allows reopening.

Visa services (including for the purpose of studies) remain entirely suspended at the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Sofia.
