Representatives of Swedish media and tour operators went to the Crystal Valley in North Bohemia between September 26 and 30, 2021. They could learn about the unique skills of Czech jewellery and glass producers in the Liberec region. 

Most of the jewellery and glass handworks and production of visiting glassmakers such as Rautis, Novosad, Pacinek, Preciosa, Lasvit, as well as many others, are of the highest quality and go to customers far beyond the borders of the Czech Republic.

Crystal Valley is an area of a world-unique concentration and diversity of glass and jewellery creation and production. Glass is the true identity and the essence of the region with scenic countryside.

The mission was prepared within the economic diplomacy project and organised by the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Stockholm together with CzechTourism in Stockholm.
