The evening, which was part of celebrations marking the 100^th anniversary of the founding of Czechoslovakia, was organized by Čestmír Řanda and Rino Brezina. Ambassadors of the Czech Republic and Slovakia Mr Jiří Šitler and Mrs. Martina Balunová also attended the performance and had the opportunity to meet with the artists after the show.

Both Ambassadors also met with mayor of Nyköping Urban Granström. They discussed September´s municipal elections and economic situation in the region. Company Studsvik AB, which offers technical solutions for nuclear reactors and represents one of the leading employer in the region has close ties with Czech company UJV Řež. Ambassador was also informed that from April 2019 there would be a direct flight between Nyköping´s airport Skavsta and Prague operated by Ryanair.
