Czech and Slovak born Australians have a long and proud history of military service. They have served alongside Australians in various conflicts around the world for over 100 years. 

H.E. Tomas Dub, the Ambassador of the Czech Republic and Ivan Kovarcik, The President of Australian Slovak Association in Victoria laid wreaths & flowers on behalf of the Czech and Slovak communities by the Memorial Tree G60 at the Shrine of Remembrance.
