Informal gathering of Consuls-General with the Governor of New South Wales, H.E. Margaret Beazley AC QC.

On Wednesday 20 July 2022, Zuzana Slováková, Consul-General of the Czech Republic in Sydney, welcomed female Consuls-General from the local consular corps at an informal gathering at the Consulate General of the Czech Republic. The Governor of New South Wales, H.E. Margaret Beazley AC QC, also accepted the invitation to attend. 

On the occasion, the Consulate General of the Czech Republic presented an exhibition of abstract and figurative works of the Czech painter, Petra McGrath, who is active in both the Czech Republic and Australia.

The aim of the event was to deepen friendly relations and cooperation in the context of the Sydney consular corps, which happens to be the second largest consular corps in the world.
