Since 1997, Gratias Agit Award has been handed over to the fellow citizens and friends of the Czech Republic who propagate our country abroad and spread the positive image of the Czech Republic in the world. "The trust of the Gratias Agit awardees in the Czech Republic is a great obligation to us. At the same time, it gives us strength and energy", said Minister Zaoralek in his speech during the event.

Among the awardees, there are translators, scientists, artists, writers, teachers and sportsmen. The award consists of a diploma and a symbolic crystal globe, made by academic painter Zdeněk Petr.
