Rules for entering the Czech Republic valid from 9.4.2022 - loosening border restrictions

(This article expired 08.04.2022.)

In light of the current epidemiological situation in the Czech Republic and worldwide, as of 9.4.2022 all anti-epidemiological measures for those travelling to the Czech Republic have been cancelled.

This means that as of 9.4.2022 it WILL NO LONGER be necessary to fill out the Passenger Locator Form or present a document proving that you are not infectious (e.g. Vaccination Certificate or negative PCR test result) upon entry to the Czech Republic.

Third country nationals can travel to the Czech Republic for any reason (including tourism).

It is still advisable to check travel conditions (including any test or vaccination requirements) with your airline directly. Check-in conditions also depend on any countries you will be transiting through.
