Registration for Launching Long-term Visa and Long-term Residence Permits Applications

Since February 1, 2019 the CECO launches a new system in registering applicants for appointments to submit long-term visa and long-term residence permit applications.

Please be advised that since February 1, 2019, the only possible way to acquire a term of appointment to submit a long-term visa or long-term residence permit application at CECO is via the e-mail address visa_taipei@mzv.cz. No phone or other e-mail registrations are processed!

To request an appointment, send an e-mail stating your name (written identically as stated in your passport), date of birth and enclosing a copy of the document proving the purpose of stay (acceptance letter in the case of study, birth certificate in the case of family reunion of a child, employment contract in the case of employee card, etc.). E-mails without such attachment will not be responded to!

Please note that the only accepted communication languages for the purpose of registering to submit a long-term visa or long-term residence permit applications are English and Czech. E-mails in Chinese or other language will not be responded to!

Please note that the CECO is not authorized in any way to interfere, change the position or influence the position of the applicant´s registration. If you are not able to attend at the assigned date, please request the generation of a new date of appointment, which will always be subsequent - later than the initial one.
