Czech Pipes Group and Czech gingerbreads enriched Europe Day 2019 in Tbilisi

"Merry Pipes Company“ from South Bohemia successfully performed on the main stage of Europe Day 2019 in Tbilisi Rike Park on Sunday 5th May 2019. Their performance contributed to a pleasant and likeable atmosphere of the whole  event organized by EU Delegation in Tbilisi.

Mostly children pipes group was playing, singing and dancing Czech folk songs for more than 40 minutes. Spontaneity of children performance, as well as Czech pipes (the instrument not familiar in the Caucasus where only „blowing“ pipes are used in a few regions) attracted many visitors, in spite of the fact that their performance took place at the end of the afternoon programme.
