The Company Green Resort signed a purchase agreement with the Government of Ajara on the acquisition of 179 ha of land for the recreational resort close to a town Kobuleti on 27^th March 2019. The project envisages building of large resort. Apartment houses, bungalows, golf playground or even a microbrewery should be part of the complex. The company is mainly owned by Czech citizens. The capital will come largely from the Czech Republic.
