Culinary festival of EU countries in Georgia

At the invitation of Deputy State Minister of Georgia on European and Euro-Atlantic Integration Ms Mariam Rakviashvili, five Heads of Diplomatic Missions of the EU member countries took part in the Culinary festival of EU countries, organized on 13 May 2016 within the Week of Europe. 
 

With the assistance of Georgian Culinary Academy students, traditional meals of their respective countries were prepared by Ambassador of the Republic of Latvia Ms Elita Gavele and Ambassador of the Kingdom of Sweden Ms Martina Quick. The event was attended also by Ambassador of the Slovak Republic Rudolf Michalka, chargé d´affaires a.i. of the Kingdom of Spain Victor Vicente Murcia Garzón and Ambassador of the Czech Republic Tomáš Pernický, who made beef soup with liver dumplings and pork schnitzels with potato salad for Georgian organizers. Naturally, the event was attended by Deputy State Minister of Georgia on European and Euro-Atlantic Integration Ms Mariam Rakviashvili who made typical Georgian khachapuri.
