Czech Embassy hosts event for prize-winning Georgian film makers

On 10 August 2016, Ambassador Tomáš Pernický hosted a cocktail in honour of Georgian film makers whose film “House of Others” was awarded the “East of the West Grand Prix” at the 51st Karlovy Vary International Film Festival in July 2016.
 

Present at the event was Rusudan Glurjidze, director and co-author of the screenplay, main actors and other members of the team. Among the guests was also Giorgi Ovashvili, director of the Georgian film “Corn Island”, awarded the Grand Prix – Crystal Globe at the 49^th Karlovy Vary Film Festival in 2014.
