Extension of health care development project

On 2 May 2017, Director of the Czech Development Agency Michal Kaplan and Minister of Health, Labour and Social Affairs of Georgia Davit Sergeenko signed an amendment to renew the memorandum of understanding of 2015 for another 3 years.

The memorandum defines Czech Republic´s development projects in Georgia in the sphere of health care. Within the development aid health projects the Czech Republic will build a new oncological centre in the town of Zugdidi in West Georgia and provide equipment for the treatment of children´s leukaemia to the Ianishvili hospital in Tbilisi.
