Refund of the fee for a canceled lottery

Those, who registered at the Embassy on the 28th of February and 6th of March 2020 to arrange a date for applying for an employee card, do not fall under the Highly Qualified Employee Program and Key Scientific Staff Program, and paid the administrative fee, may request a refund.
 

The Embassy of the Czech Republic in Tbilisi announces that the acceptance of registrations for the date of personal submission of an application for an employee card, not falling under the Highly Qualified Employee Program and the Key Scientific Personnel Program, has been suspended. In addition, we announce that registrations for the lottery received on 28 February and 6 March 2020 will not be drawn. 

Those, who registered at the Embassy on the 28th of February and 6th of March 2020 to arrange a date for applying for an employee card, do not fall under the Highly Qualified Employee Program and Key Scientific Staff Program, and paid the administrative fee, may request a refund.

The fee will be refunded in cash at the consular section upon presentation of the passport used to submit the application as well as the original control coupon received by the applicant at registration. Refunds can be requested during the Embassy's office hours:

Monday - Friday

09:11 - 12:00 and 13:00 - 14:00

 

The Embassy of the Czech Republic in Georgia informs that the last date for the refund of the money is Monday 31 October 2022. After this date, it will no longer be possible to refund the relevant amount to applicants due to a decision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic.
