All foreigners applying for Schengen and Long-stay visas or Residence permits for the purpose of economic or educational activities will be required to submit a document in accordance with point I.6 in connection with point I.5 of the Ministry of Health Protection Measure pursuant to § 31 par. . b) ZPC (ie a document confirming compliance with the requirements of the measure before the introduction of an infectious disease).

The document must take the form of a declaration of the employer / educational institution that accepts foreigners for the purpose of economic activity or educational activities in the Czech Republic. In this document, this entity undertakes that foreigners will ensure:

1. accommodation throughout the period of their stay in the territory of the Czech Republic, including the place where a quarantine measure shall be undergone in event a public health authority orders it
2. medical care or a registered provider of medical services for the duration of their stay in the territory of the Czech Republic
3. the medical care expenses, unless provided otherwise
4. return to the country of origin in the event of loss of the purpose of stay in the territory of the Czech Republic, unless provided otherwise
