Call for Proposals: Small-Scale Local Projects in 2021

The Czech Embassy in Tehran is announcing a call for proposals for a small-scale development local project in Iran in 2021 that will be funded by the government of the Czech Republic.
 

The aim is to support small-scale development activities of locally active institutions and organizations, including funding of supplies of equipment and material, or training. Organizations eligible to submit their proposals are exclusively local non-governmental, community and non-profit organizations, established in accordance with domestic Iranian legislation.

Funding requests for the project can range between 200 000,- and 500 000,- CZK (approx. 7 500,- and 19 000,- EUR). The total cost of salary, subsistence allowance, accommodation, travel and insurance costs, and vaccination of experts is not allowed to exceed 25 % of the project´s total cost. Further details and conditions of the call for proposals are attached below.

The proposed project can focus on various sectors - preferably health, education, social services or agriculture. If selected, the project and all its funding must be finalized by the end of October 2021.

All proposals have to be submitted to the Czech Embassy in Tehran in the original „Identification Form“ (attached below) with signature and stamp of the organization via e-mail (scanned) to the address teheran@embassy.mzv.cz until October 20, 2020 at the latest.
