Czech cinematography awarded in Tehran

Two Czech short films were presented at the “100-second Film Festival”, one of them was awarded with the main prize.

The 12th International 100-second Film Festival took place in Tehran from 27 February to 1 March 2019. Only very short films which do not exceed 100 seconds, were screened at the festival.

The Czech Republic was represented by 2 films: “Running Sushi” by Štepán Etrych and Jan Petrák and “Life in Patterns” by Vojtěch Domlatil. “Running Sushi” received the highest award which was accepted by an Embassy representative. The award will be delivered to the authors in the Czech Republic.
