Minister Zarif met his Czech counterpart, Foreign Minister Lubomir Zaoralek. He was further received by the Prime Minister Bohuslav Sobotka and the Chairman of the Chamber of Depputies Jan Hamacek.

The Iranian minister arrived to Prague accompanied by a group of businessmen who took part in the seminar organized by the Foreign Ministry and the Chamber of Commerce of the Czech Republic.
