Send e-mail to address: tehran.consulate@mzv.gov.cz with the following information:

1. Name and surname

2. Type of legalization procedure: superlegalization

3. Number of documents

4. Phone number

Subject line of the email should be only "Superlegalization appointment request"

Without this information it is not possible to receive an appointment.

Please keep in mind that documents should be officially translated to English, stamped at the Ministry of Justice and Ministry of Foreign Affairs.  Also the stamp of "Certified True Copy" from the translation office is required on the Persian version of the document. It is recommended to present the original document during your appointment

Documents are ready for pick-up the following working day during pick-up hours  (11:00-12:00). Should the process take longer, you will be informed by phone in advance.
