Change of the working hours of the Consular Section

Considering the increase of demand for visa and consular services after cancellation of all COVID-19 related measures since April 9, 2022, the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Tehran presents an update of schedule for working hours which will be effective May 15, 2022

Be informed that you will be allowed to enter the consular section only with a valid appointment. The only exceptions is state of emergency of Czech nationals and submitting Schengen visa applications by EU family member (only on Thursday).

For delivery of additional/missing documents (e.g. insurance, appeal, etc.) or for pick-up of documents (e.g. legalized documents, letters from MoI, etc.) you can come without appointment between 11:00-12:00

Generally the capacity of the Consular section allows us to accept 10 long-term visa / residence permit per week divided according the purpose of stay. You can see the details in chart above.
