Deputy Czech Foreign Minister Ivo Šrámek visited Israel (May 5 – 9, 2017)

Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic Ivo Šrámek visited the State of Israel. On May 8, 2017, Deputy Minister Šrámek led political-security consultations with his counterparts at the Israeli and Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Jerusalem. The consultations focused on political and security cooperation, current state-of-play of the Middle East Peace Process as well as on the security situation in the region.

Mr. Šrámek held consultations with the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ms. Tzipi Hotovely, and the Deputy Director General and Head of the European Division, Amb. Rodica Radian-Gordon, at the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The consultations focused on bilateral relations as well as on cooperation in economic and security area. Deputy Minister Šrámek also met the Israeli Political Director, Amb. Alon Ushpiz, to discuss the current political and security situation in the region.


Mr. Šrámek also met with the candidate for Honorary Consul of the Czech Republic in Jerusalem, Mr. Dan Propper.
