New travel rules between Israel and the Czech Republic

Starting on May 10, 2021, the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic listed the State of Israel among so called “green countries”, i.e. low risk countries of infection of Covid-19.
Travel for all purposes, including tourism, is possible from June 1, 2021.

The demand to fill a special Czech arrival form before the arrival from Israel to the Czech Republic no longer applies - this is valid for all foreigners and Czech citizens who in the period of the last 14 days stayed in states marked by the Czech Ministry of Health as a low risk countries, which includes Israel.  Self-isolation / quarantine upon arrival to the Czech Republic in these cases is also not mandatory.

Please check specific requirements of the airline(s) you will be using before the flight (e.g. requirement to present a negative PCR test result).

All travellers have a health insurance stating, among others, that their insurance covers risks related to Covid-19.

The demand to wear protective masks or FF2 respirators in public areas in the Czech Republic is still required.

For more information please visit the web site of the Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic.

To return to Israel from the Czech Republic, please follow requirements and restrictions of the Ministry of Health of Israel.

What conditions apply to trips from the Czech Republic to foreign countries?

Each country has its own travel rules, just like the Czech Republic. The Czech traffic light system has no bearing on them – it only determines the conditions for travel to the Czech Republic. Information on the conditions for travelling to individual countries can be found in the Signpost (for European countries also in the Traveller's Map).
