Information about certification of foreign origin documents for the use in the Czech Republic.

If you wish to certify the authenticity of a document issued or certified in the State of Israel, please be advised of the following:

Effective March 16, 1999, the Czech Republic joined the Convention Abolishing the Requirement of Legalization for Foreign Public Documents (1961 Hague Convention). As of this date, with the certification by the Hague Convention Apostille, Israeli documents are entitled to recognition in the Czech Republic and no legalization by the Czech Consulate is required.
