(This article expired 18.02.2020 / 12:30.)

Due to reconstruction, the Embassy will be closed on 05.12.2019 - 06.01.2020 for public.

Embassy of the Czech Republic in Tel Aviv hereby informs that the Consular and Visa Section will be closed on 05.12.2019-06.01.2020 due to reconstruction and move to temporary premises.

The Embassy will be completely closed during these dates. It will not be possible to apply for a new passport or receive a new passport, apply for vital records (marriage, birth certificates) or citizenship certificates. All notary services will be suspended. However, it will be possible at this time to make appointment via email on consulate_telaviv@mzv.cz.

The Consular and Visa Section of the Embassy will operate in temporary premises in the Embassy at 23 Zeitlin Street, Tel Aviv from January till middle of April 2020.

The Embassy is aware of the fact that the cancellation of office hours and operating in temporary premises might result in prolongation of application waiting time, therefore we recommend to all Czech citizens to closely watch the expiration time of their documents and making appointments as early as possible for their renewal – min. 6 months in advance.

The newly renovated Consular and Visa Section will be able to operate with shorter waiting times and will provide higher quality of services.

We thank you for your understanding and we apologize in advance for any inconvenience. We will update you on the reconstruction frequently on our Facebook profile and our website at www.mzv.cz/telaviv.

Any questions regarding the reconstruction and related cancellation of office hours will be answered by our consular staff at tel. number 03-691 8282 or via our email address at consulate_telaviv@mzv.cz
