In his addressing, President Meta expressed his personal commandment for the activity of Ambassador Ludva in Albania and underlined that the decoration was a symbol of Albania’s appreciation of the diplomatic activity and the valuable contribution of Ambassador Ludva for the further strengthening of the bilateral relations between the two countries.

During his acceptance speech in Albanian language, Ambassador Ludva thanked the President for the honour made to him and underlined his sincere fondness of Albania. Ambassador Ludva accepted the decoration in the presence of his family, colleagues, and friends.
