Long Term Visas

Long-term visa applications are submitted to the diplomatic missions of the Czech Republic. In case of Albanian citizens, the application can be submitted at the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Tirana (please see the instructions in Chapter Visa and Consular Information) or at the Czech Embassy in any country where they temporary reside. The diplomatic mission forwards the application to the Ministry of Interior for an evaluation and decision. If the application is evaluated positively, the long-stay visa, with the maximum duration one year, is issued by the diplomatic mission where the application was filed.
