Yazaki Summer Camp in Japan

On Tuesday, 24 July, 2018, Mr. Tomáš Dub, Ambassador of the Czech Republic in Japan, visited the 29th Yazaki Summer Camp.
 

Every year, the company Yazaki Group Corporate organizes The International Summer Camp for kids of company’s employees from all around the world. The history of the summer camps goes back to the year 1988. Children from 3 continents and 35 countries participated in the camp this summer and Mr. Tomáš Dub as well as ambassadors of other countries had an opportunity to spent one interactive day with them. Four Czech and five Slovak pupils were pleased to enjoy support of Mr. Dub, Ambassador of the Czech Republic in Tokio, and Mr. Juraj Petruška, Counsellor of the Embassy of the Slovak Republic. Ambassadors and Counsellors from Republic of Croatia, Kingdom of Morocco, Republic of Philippines among others also took part in the event. All children as well as their guests could play a traditional Japanese musical instrument, drum kodō, and tested their skills with a Japanese toy kodama.
