The International Student Conference at the Josai International University in Tokyo under the auspices of the Visegrad 4

On February 10, 2018, the International Student Conference Visegrad 4 + Japan, another one of the series of student conferences regularly organised by the Josai International University in Tokyo, took place in the premises of this University. This time, the topic was very actual – “Growing Disparities in Wealth and Income in Industrialized Societies: life and work challenges for students”.
The students from both the Visegrad 4 countries and Japan obtain a possibility to deliver their lectures on the above mentioned topic in the framework of this International forum. The conference created for students a special opportunity for exchange of experience and getting to know each other as well. Many of participants visited Japan the first time. The Czech Republic was represented by Prague University of Economics. On behalf of the Czech Embassy in Tokyo, Mr. Milan Slanec, Deputy of the Czech Ambassador to Japan, greeted participants of the conference.
The conference was sponsored not only by the Josai International University but also by Fridrich-Ebert-Stiftung organization in Japan.
