The Japan Society of Applied Physics (JSAP) holds two annual meetings with more than 6000 participating researchers from universities, national laboratories and industry. There is an exhibition of measuring and analytical instruments as well as software, with about 200 participating companies and organizations.

The 63^rd Japan Society of Applied Physics Spring 2016 Meeting was held on March 19^th  -  22^nd , 2016 at Ookayama Campus of Tokyo Institute of Technology (TITECH). Czech manufacturer of thermal reactors for semiconductor and photovoltaic industry SVCS Process Innovation s.r.o. exhibited in cooperation with VYTEK Ltd.

Products of Czech companies CRYTUR s.r.o. and ESTCOM CZ oxidová keramika a.s. were presented at the booth as well.
