• The Project Identification Form must be filled in English, along with its budget breakdown (Please see the Identification Form in attachment).
• The focus of the project proposals shall be the promotion of human rights and in compliance with the priorities of the current cooperation. Furthermore, it should be within the concept of transition promotion program, including the following thematic priorities: 
  • supporting civil society, including human rights defenders;
  • promoting the freedom of expression and information, including the freedom of the media;
  • promoting an equal and full political and public participation;
  • supporting institution-building in the area of the rule of law;
  • promoting equality and non-discrimination; and
  • promoting human rights in employment and in the environmental context.
• The project duration shall be maximum 9 months (anticipated implementation period from 1 February 2018 to 16 October 2018).    
• Maximum funding will be CZK500000 (average funding is approximately CZK250000 per project).
• Implementing organization shall be local non-governmental organization.
