Czech dairy processing technology introduced at Vocational Training Center in Arkhangai

On October 21, 2021, the handover of equipment supplied by the Czech company Nirosta took place in the Arkhangai province as part of small local projects financed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as part of the official development cooperation. The project was implemented in cooperation with a vocational training center Erdenebulgan soum.
 

The implementer has supplied an equipment worth CZK 484,600 for final packaging of yoghurts. The handing-over ceremony was attended by the provincial governor Batjargal Mishka, Ambassador of the Czech Republic to Mongolia Jiří Brodský and his deputy Josef Kostiha, director of the Vocational Training Center Tungalag Dashnamjil, faculty members and students.

During the ceremony, the Czech Ambassador emphasized the importance of cooperation with vocational centers, as it is a prerequisite for the commercial success of Czech technologies in Mongolia as the students are familiarized with the maintenance and service of the equipment. He also expressed willingness of the Czech Embassy to cooperate on other commercial projects in Arkhangai, which was discussed with the governor in more details in the framework of bilateral meeting. These include the supply of meat and dairy processing equipment, agricultural machinery for plant and animal production and organic products to stimulate the growth of agricultural crops, the livestock labeling system, as well as business opportunities in the field of tourism and energy. During the visit, the Ambassador also met with the Director of the Building and Land Office, the Director of the largest local bank (the topic was the Czech equipment financing) and the Director of the Department of Agriculture of the Governor's Office.

The aim of the small local projects (MLP) is to deepen mutual cooperation, strengthen the reputation of the Czech Republic and create favorable conditions for the subsequent commercial use and sale of those equipment which are the contents of MLP and will prove in practical operation.

Collaboration of Nirosta company, which took the initiative and helpfully resolved the situation arising during the production and dispatch of equipment to Mongolia, was essential. In addition to the contract, the company also supplied small equipment for the training center, samples of usable packaging, assembly instructions and videos to the satisfaction of the project implementer, and therefore the embassy is extending thanks to the company.
