The "All for Youth, Youth for All" initiative is a 4-year project (1/2020 - 12/2023) jointly implemented by Caritas CR, the Mongolian Youth Council and the Center for Citizenship Education in five sectors. The European Union, the "Transition program" of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic, Asia Foundation, Canada Fund and the Australian Volunteers Program participated in the co-financing.

In 2021, several different activities were co-financed by the Transition program. Among them, the partner organization Mongolian Youth Council organized a competition called "Use of virtual reality". The organizing team received a number of projects from youth NGOs, of which the jury awarded the five best proposals. Representatives of 5 selected organizations then received the VR digital device as a prize. Virtual reality kits can be used as technical assistance and a "learning by doing" tool for selected, socially beneficial topics.

The use of the granted VR kits will help strengthen the solidarity and partnership of youth NGOs and give them the opportunity to develop new skills. In addition to the representatives of the mentioned organizations, the head of Caritas Czech Republic in Mongolia, Mrs. Jana Žilková, and on behalf of the EU, attaché Paula Westlund, took part in the ceremony. After the ceremony, the representatives of youth organizations presented their plans for how and where the digital and VR kits will be used. The completed project, culminating in the award ceremony, was a successful demonstration of the positive use of development funds in Mongolia.
