Job offer as a receptionist at the Embassy of the Czech Republic to Lithuania.
Main tasks:
• Registration of Embassy visitors;
• Receiving and directing external phone calls;
• Providing general information by phone;
• Handling of postal items (sending / receiving);
• Other administrative work according to instructions.
Requirements for the employee:
• Secondary or professional education;
• Good knowledge of Lithuanian, knowledge of English would be an advantage;
• Good social, communication and intercultural skills, teamwork;
• Good manners and reliability.
The Embassy offers:
• Working hours Monday to Friday 8:00 to 16:30;
• Guaranteed regular salary, 13th month pay and all social guarantees;
• Work in an international environment.
