HOW WE OPERATE DURING THE PANDEMIC?

With regards to the epidemiological situation the Embassy of the Czech Republic is as from November 2, 2020 forced to temporarily limit:

- receiving telephone calls to the Consular Section. Within the time period dedicated to the telephone consultations (from Monday to Friday from 13 till 16 o'clock) are primarily handled calls of the Czech citizens. Highly recommend to check the detailed information at Consulate's website and email consulate_warsaw@mzv.cz. Consultations of Polish nationals on the conditions on entry to the Czech Republic/transit through the territory must be directed to the Polish Diplomatic missions in the Czech Republic.

- the consular services for the other clients, that the citizens of the Czech Republic (does not concern visa agenda). The measure concerns the Polish nationals, who will not be allowed, until further notice, to use the services connected to Data Box / Datová schránka (granting of access, password renewal etc.) or Criminal record extracts.
