Fitness Challenge

Date: 21 September 2022 5:30 PM - 7:00 PM, Venue: Czech Embassy

The Czech Embassy's main hall will turn into a training facility with DC’s leading personal trainer, coach, and fitness specialist, Tomas Trnka, on September 21, at 5:30 pm. Beginners & fitness enthusiasts are welcome to join in the powerful Work Out of the Day (WOD) and learn about the positive impact of behavior change and mental focus on their personal fitness goals from an accomplished athlete.

The event coincides with the European Week of Sports 2022.

About Tomas Trnka in his own words:

Fitness is my lifestyle. I have been training individuals, groups and teams since 2004 in the Washington, DC, area. I believe in positively changing people's lives, through coaching, exercise and motivation one day at a time. My motto is: “Moving is Living.” Let’s get together and have fun! Cheers!

Please note: The event will be outside unless it rains. If it rains, the event will move inside to the Embassy's main hall.

Parking: Non-metered parking is available on Spring of Freedom Street and Tilden Street.

Closest Metro: The Embassy is about a 15-20 minute walk from the Van Ness Metro Station.
