Millennium Stage: Puppet Theatre LokVar - Daddy is a Hero

The renowned puppet theater company LokVar will present "Daddy is a Hero" on October 30, 2019, at 6 pm, at the Kennedy Center Millennium Stage. This humorous, immersive story centers on a bond between parents and their son and daughter, who stick together even though they argue. Love helps them to overcome dragons, illnesses, and more. The one-hour show is performed live to music in English. Savor an evening evening of puppet theater in the heart of Washington.
As part of the Mutual Inspirations Festival this year, there are a couple of events specifically geared towards children to highlight the extraordinary mother of the banner personality - Marta Kubišová, whose daughter Kateřina brought light into her life when she most needed it.
The event is also a part of the Kids Euro Festival.
