The new US President invited the Czech President for a visit to the White House. They agreed that the ideal opportunity will be at the end of April next year, when the Czech President will receive an award from Jewish organizations, which awarded Donald Trump last year.

The President of the Czech Republic also invited the US President-elect for a visit of the Czech Republic and this invitation was accepted.

Both statesmen further discussed common stances in regards to the war against Islamic terrorism. They also spoke about additional political and economic collaboration, which unite the two countries.
