"Europe in Armenia" trade and investment Fair

The Delegation of the European Union to Armenia together with the European Business Association and the EU chambers of commerce present in Armenia organizes the first EU Multi-sectoral Trade and Investment Fair under the "Europe in Armenia" Expo slogan.

This will be the first fair in Armenia fully dedicated to the companies from European Union. The business visitors from the EU, Armenia, Iran and other countries will be invited to take part at the Fair, to present their products and provided services aiming at establishment of joint ventures and agreements. The participating companies will represent Tourism, IT, Agricultural, Textile and Machinery and other sectors, which have the potential for the B2B matching opportunity.   Both EU Member States and the Armenian Government welcome the organization of the Fair in Armenia which will further ensure the presence of business community and other stakeholders at the "Europe in Armenia" Fair. Companies from almost all EU countries are expected to display their products and services at the Fair which will be a unique opportunity for any company or agency wishing to do business in Armenia.

Armenian products have preferential access to major markets. Armenia is benefiting from the EU GSP+ regime, which means NO customs duty for around 6300 products originated in Armenia and exported to the EU. Because of Armenia's membership to the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU), zero Customs tariffs applied for the Armenian products exported to the EEU. Moreover, Armenia shares common border with Iran which is planning to conclude a Free Trade Interim Agreement with EEU.

The Fair is thus aiming to explore the investment opportunities and provide import and export opportunities for European and Armenian manufacturers and service providers. On the other hand it will be nice platform for European, Armenian and Iranian businesses to meet and build up cooperation, to collect new market information, assess competitiveness of different products and export opportunities, enlarge business contacts in the region, and meet new customers.

The fair will take place from 15-17 September 2017 at "Yerevan Expo" center.  For more information about the fair see the official flyer of the event.
