The Embassy of the Czech Republic in Yerevan would like to draw the attention of visa applicants to the fact that our Embassy is not responsible for any errors in the completed visa applications or in the documents attached to these applications if the visa applicant has done so with the help of an intermediary and has paid for this service.

The Embassy of the Czech Republic in Yerevan points out that when applying for Schengen visas for tourist purpose, it requires an accommodation reservation already paid for and confirmed directly by the accommodation facility.

The Embassy of the Czech Republic in Yerevan informs visa applicants as well as travel agencies that the visa process takes at least 5 working days for citizens of the Republic of Armenia, according to the relevant agreement, however, this process may sometimes take longer for objective reasons. This fact cannot be influenced by our Embassy and therefore it is unacceptable for applicants or travel agencies to argue with the existence of non-refundable tickets or non-refundable vouchers issued in the names of visa applicants.

It is added that a Schengen visa may be applied for as early as 6 months in advance of the date set for travel to the Czech Republic.
