Registration of applicants for Employee Cards is open

Fixed quota of 25 applications has been established for the period of November 1st – December 31st, 2021.
Applicants can register by sending an email to visa_yerevan@mzv.cz
The registration email must include the following data:
name, surname, date of birth, contact phone number and contact email address.
The registration email must include, as attachments, electronic copies of the following documents, both in pdf format:
- passport data page
- complete and signed labour contract with a Czech employer
- first page of the application
One email can include data of only one applicant.
If any of the mentioned data or attachments is absent, the registration is null and void and shall not be considered. Registration emails will be processed chronologically, based on the time of their delivery.
